Continually email us with reminders about our dog Diesel, who passed away a year and a half ago, which they know - since they were the ones to diagnose him with his cancer and they have been notified multiple times, causing my family absolutely unnecessary heartache and pain. Heartless. Rest in Peace, sweet honey boy. Screw this company.

I called in to reschedule an appointment for my dog. The lady who answered the call cut me off and put me straight into hold. When she came back, she kept cutting me off multiple times and her tone was super rude and careless. I had really bad experience.

They have been taking care of my "baby" since he was little. 2 knee surgeries and allergies. They don't know my name but my pit bull is well loved, as it should be

Dr Ferriman is awesome. I recommend her 100%. Honest opinion, I feel like other vets get annoyed if you ask too many questions but she is always making sure my fur baby and I are happy. Totally recommend going to see her. She did my puppies spay and my puppy is doing great. I can always rely on the receptionists, as well. They answer any and all questions to the best of their abilities. Also, they call and remind you about appointments. If you are worried about your pet, you can call and they will make sure someone calls you back. I just appreciate that they all know my puppy by name and that they are always excited to see how big she's gotten. I'm also very thankful for their hours and that they are lieniant if you are late, most of the time I feel like I'm rushing to appointments after work but I know I can always call and let them know and they understand. As much as my Sasha hates going to the vet, we both appreciate the care and understanding they give her.

I have a 6 month old Toy Poodle/Shih Tzu and they are very good with her and very knowledgeable. I love the way they take care of her and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful.
