I am always satisfied with the care my dog receives. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The Vets are the best. The Optimum Wellness Plan is awesome.

I have several dogs, a couple go here and a couple go elsewhere. Quality and customer service seem to be going downhill at this location, not to mention they nickel and dime you for everything. 3 of my dogs have had kennel cough/pneumonia in the last 2 months. Banfield charged me $79 for antibiotics (with my OWP discount), while my other vet charged me $23 for the EXACT same medication and dose. I will not be renewing my wellness plans

They have been great so far. The wellness program has been solid. Glad we went this route. Other Vets were so expensive but this was reasonable and with no issues.
