I’m so glad I called 911 Vet Med when my Boxer puppy had a swollen eye that I hadn’t noticed before. Like any parent, I freaked out not knowing what was wrong with him, and wanted answers fast. The 911 Vet team arrived at my house within the hour of my call and they treated my puppy as if he was one of their own. They quickly found that the swollen eye was due to an injury likely caused when rough housing with his twin brother. This was a huge relief to have professionals assess my dog and put my worries to rest. They were able to prescribe medication on the spot and my pup is already looking better from the eye rinse they provided. The team was so kind, my boxer didn’t want them to leave as they were so sweet and gentle with him. Once again I’m so glad the team was available to meet my pup at the drop of a hat, and I can rest easy knowing he should recover soon. I’ll definitely be calling 911 Vet Med again in the future (hopefully I never need to).

My husband and I are eternally grateful for 911 VetMed! They came to our house with one simple phone call to treat our 14 year old labrador retriever. While, euthanizing our family, pet was incredibly difficult, the medical team (3 ladies) made it as easy as possible. They explained every step and even transported our loved one to get cremated in a very dignified way. Their prices were extremely transparent and very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down the best veterinarian experience ever. When it comes to veterinary care, the two factors are extremely important. Firstly, and of course most important, the care they provide for your beloved pet. They took every possible step to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible when they were getting him prepped for surgery on his knee. The staff was well equipped and has the highest end of all tools available to them. Secondly, which is also extremely important was the way they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was well informed and constantly communicated with during the whole process. Every person in their staff was extremely sweet and would check in on me, as they knew it was a very tough experience for me. I could not have asked for a more comforting environment or a nicer lounge to wait in. Everything about this business is top notch and I would never think about going to any other veterinarian.

Really great team! Going to the vet can be kind of be overwhelming for my dog, what with a new environment and the smell of other animals overstimulating her, so I decided to try a mobile vet service. This was a game changer not only do they work with your schedule but they arrived on time and were very accommodating. My dog was at ease throughout the whole appointment. I ended up getting a wellness check, ear cleaning, a heart worm test and booster shots, all finished within the hour. Dr. Thompson, Alex and Rosalinda were very attentive and kind, not once did I feel like my dog was stressed out. The price was very reasonable compared to a in-visit vet appointment. I will definitely be using their service again!!
