Love love LOVE this veterinary practice! I've been here twice and had a great experiences. I ended up having the same vet Dr. Yager and vet tech Jay both times, and Neutron was very comfortable with them. Thank you guys so much for getting his little feet all taken care of!

This is hands down the best Veterinary Urgent Care we’ve ever been to. We’ve needed to visit multiple times and always have a great experience. All staff members are so kind and helpful. Everything is explained to us, options are given for treatment, and the after care follow ups are so much appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience at Veterinary Urgent Care in Rancho Penasquitos. Teddy is a highly anxious dog and Dr. Yager was very understanding and creative in taking care of Teddys needs in a way to make him as comfortable as possible. She takes her time to answer all my questions. The staff was also very nice and understanding. It was a very successful visit. Dr Yager has been Teddy’s vet since he was about 5 months old and helped us through allergies and extreme anxiety. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

Words cannot describe how we feel about the excellent care and attention that we experienced on our visit to Veterinary Urgent Care by Ethos!! Doctor Del Pino and her entire staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. My little Maltese, Teddy, received fabulous care. Everyone from the great guy at the reception desk (Steve ?) to all the techs and of course Dr. Del Pino herself, kept me well informed throughout our entire visit. I have already told so many people, if they ever have the need for an after hours animal hospital, you’ll not find a better place to go!!! If you asked me to give them a 1-5 star rating, I’d give them 100!!! Thank you again for all you did for my Teddy, he is now on the mend.

Very warm, friendly, professional and knowledgable. I felt really comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. They took such great care of our dog who had been attacked by another dog. I highly recommend this vet.
