We needed an easy and hassle free way to get a refill on an rx for our girl. She has incontinence issues and we found a medication that changed our lives and worked like a dream. However, our girl is very dog aggressive and trips to the vet are extremely stressful for everyone. Telavets had an appointment 15 minutes from the time we logged in. They were early to the visit! The doctor was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They were able to go through our existing script filler, Chewy, and even fulfilled the same day! I had live time texting with an awesome agent there to answer any questions while refilling the script. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We told them they have a life long customer and our girl even shook on it!

Televets were great! I was able to book an appointment within an hour, the veterinarian was attentive and treated my senior cat's UTI. My cat is 18 but doing amazing. Initially we had issues obtaining the prescription from 1800petmeds (at no fault of Televets). They did everything they could to to push it through, we then tried Chewy, they were too slow as well, then Walgreens and they didn't have antibiotic in stock, finally we purchased the script from CVS...Televets contacted each pharmacy with approval until we found it in stock. My kitty was able to be treated in the comfort of our home and quickly. Thank you!!!!

Vet was knowledgeable. Seems that he really cares for animals. Would recommend and use this service again. Praying the treatment protocol he gave for my pullet is successful. Being a chicken mom can be hard sometimes..when your animals aren't feeling well & you dont know what to do. Having a service like this available is awesome!

Coming back again with another pet. These doctors are amazing. This whole company is amazing for those of us that work full-time for non-super serious pet health issues... This is perfect.
