Maddy the Vet tech and Dr. Compton are the sweetest, nicest, most personable people. The experience couldn't be more pleasant or positive. You can tell they love the work they are doing. It shows in their interactions with the animals My husband isn't easily impressed, but these young ladies seem to care and want to go above and beyond,as if the dog is their own. They made us feel welcome and put us at ease. Thanks to all the staff we have dealt with, and to the Humane Society for our very special, precious, little furbaby Bogi. G-d bless you all!! I would also like to give a special thank you to Bill for taking time on a Sunday to reach out to me,then proceeded to do a follow-up call just to make sure my little boy was taken care of. He explained the process of getting an appointment, it was wonderful!!!

Bill at the “Community Veterinary Clinic” was one of the worst people I’ve encountered here at the SD Humane Society. Upon first interaction was not welcoming and very rude during entire conversation. Even speaking about us to coworkers behind closed doors. Never coming back here again, learn simple manners Bill.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for the past 2 years. We’ve always had a great experience. Our dogs are always welcomed and the vets have been very detailed with their care.
