Both my dogs are clients of Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital. Dr. Sondhi, Dr. Rose and Dr. H are very knowledgeable and are amazing. My little pitbull Luca had a terrible skin issue and the Dr’s were able to treat him and get him all healthy again. The staff are so helpful and they treat my dogs so well. Even Junior who doesn’t like anyone has now made friends with the staff. I’m so grateful to have found this Veterinary office. Their new office is so nice.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital! We’ve been bringing our kitty here since January 2022, and recently started bringing in our new kitten as well. Between wellness exams, medications, and a few recent health concerns, the entire team has gone above and beyond for both of our cats. The veterinarians and technicians are incredibly thorough, compassionate, and proactive — they’ve kept in touch with calls and texts to check on our kitties’ progress and ensure all our questions are answered. Even the front desk staff is consistently kind, helpful, and professional. We live about 30 minutes away, but we’ve never once considered switching to a veterinarian closer to home. The level of care, communication, and genuine love they show for our pets sets the bar impossibly high. Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital has truly earned our trust and gratitude — we’re so thankful for their exceptional team! ♥️🐾

When it comes to our pets, we all want to find a clinic that truly has a heart. Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital is exactly that kind of place. The entire staff — from the front desk to the veterinarians — are people with huge hearts and a deep love for animals. Every time I bring my pet in with a concern, I feel like I’m with family. I had an incredible experience that I’ll never forget. My pet started feeling unwell over a long holiday weekend. I knew the clinic was closed, but I called to make an appointment anyway. To my surprise, the doctor actually picked up the phone. For me, that’s the ultimate sign of dedication — to their profession, to the animals they care for, and to the clients who trust them. Thank you for being there and for everything you do. Your work truly makes a difference.

This clinic is staffed full of really awesome people who are easy to communicate with and make you feel like your pet is in good hands. They are quick on the phone and competent. The doctors are all very kind and enthusiastic. Not dismissive at all. The clinic itself is clean and updated with nice lighting and good seating arrangements in the offices. They have fulfilled our needs and been very fair in pricing and everything else. 10/10 experience and will continue to come here for any concerns with my pet.

I want to thank the team at this vet hospital. We had to bring our little girl in for emergencies 2 days apart. They didn't hesitate to take her back and give her the help she needed. They then helped us as we had to say goodbye. This is not our normal vet, but with the care they provided it felt like they had been seeing our baby for years. Thank you to such an amazing team. We are forever grateful for your kindness during one of the hardest times in our life.
