I've had the most amazing experience at Black Mountain Animal Hospital. The staff are thoughtful and caring. The veterinarian is informative and provides all options for care. I don't feel pressured to choose a service for my Cat, Papash. My kitty has been sick more recently and we have run several tests to rule out anything major. It's affordable and they work with me on my budget. I know he is in the best care!

Dr. Polo and the entire team have been incredible with my beagle, Sunshine, who was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. From the moment we walked in, everyone treated her with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Dr. Polo took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us find a new treatment plan that gives us hope. Even though this has been a heavy and emotional time, their support has helped us get through it all. The staff is patient, gentle, positive, and incredibly reassuring. It truly feels like they’re walking this journey with us. Knowing Sunshine is in such loving, capable hands means the world to me. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pets cared for like family. Big shoutout to Dr. Polo, Raj and Dhillon family!

Excellent Vet! First time seeing Dr.Polosetski. Our cats Queenie and Kiki received great care. The attention to detail was very important to me. Forrest the vet tech has cats and instantly connected with our kitties. The doctor showed genuine care for our cats and also has cats of his own. Thankful to the team at Black Mountain Animal Hospital.

Dr. Polo, Forrest, and Alyssa were rockstars per usual. Standard follow up with Sunshine the beagle’s chemo treatment and shes been showing great signs of improvement overall. They treated her for a left ear infection that popped up and as busy as the clinic was on a Friday afternoon, they did a phenomenal job taking care of us and all furry fam patients around us with great quality and care. 10/10 as always and can’t thank you all for being so supportive with Sunshine’s health.

Dr. Adam knows what he’s doing! My old diabetic kitty is doing much better under his care. The technicians/office staff are also so efficient and kind. Pricing is slightly inexpensive than other vets in the area. We are in good hands at Black Mountain Animal Hospital.
