I have taken my dogs to Banfield coast to coast for more than 25 yrs. Excellent rapport with all staff! Accessible Doctors and techs! Total faith in the care my 5 Aussies have received over 2 1/2 decades. Reminders of the care plan schedule keep me from missing important visits for my pups.

Excellent service, staff, and doctors! They're very accommodating to one's schedule and they also offer drop-off appts. Their monthly plan has been a good investment. I've been on their monthly plan for many years for my last four dogs plus granddog. With the monthly plan, office visits don't cost anything extra. Teeth cleaning is covered under my plan, but I have a premium plan. Other services and medications cost less than is typical because the plan offers discounts. The only negative very recently has been the veterinarian shortage and turnover. We used to see Dr. Fraze--and she was wonderful-- but I believe she's changed locations. We've seen at least 3 new vets over the last year or so. Each one has been great! Thank you Dr. Gubser, Dr. Nosewicz (aka Dr. G), and Dr. Cammarota! Thank you also to the wonderful staff!

Pretty disappointed with the care my cat received here. I brought her in for severe congestion and they recommended a bunch of blood tests. $400 later, nonconclusive, they said it appears she doesn’t have a bacterial infection but prescribed antibiotics. Her congestion only got worse, having received no help from the vet. Waste of money and stress on my cat and she is just sicker than when I brought her to the doctor. They did not help my poor cat. Took her to another vet and they gave her an antiviral.

We can’t thank Dr. G and the team at Banfield enough for the amazing care they provided for our boys Major and Max during their dental cleaning today. The entire staff was not only professional, but incredibly caring, making sure our boys were comfortable and safe throughout the procedure. From start to finish, they treated our fur family like their own. We are so grateful for such a compassionate and dedicated team. Highly recommend Banfield for anyone looking for outstanding veterinarian care!

I’m super appreciative and grateful for the team at Banfield my pup was hurt/ attacked at day care today by another dog ripping his ear. The day care downplayed it but once I picked him up on my lunch break he was pooling blood in the car and the small cut was more of a tear. My poor guy. I called banfield and they were able to fit him in today and get him stitched up and even did his dental cleaning while he was under. They called me throughout the process to update me on his treatment and status. Overall, I’m super grateful for this team- the doctors, assistants and front desk- everyone is great and my Sir Dougie boy is on the road to healing. What a stressful Valentine’s Day for the little lover boy but Banfield came in clutch!
