I brought my dog in a few days ago since he was suddenly very weak and lethargic. Staff was so quick to respond to my pups emergency, immediately started working on him and were able to get him stabilized. Staff were amazingly empathetic and made sure to answer any questions/concerns that I had to their fullest extent before referring me to another hospital to continue treatment. They even called the next few days to check in and make sure my pup was doing okay! I can’t thank the staff enough for saving my boy, Mochi.

This was my second visit to the veterinary clinic and I brought both of my dogs in to update their shots. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. All my questions were answered. My first visit to the clinic was to put my 15 year old Yorkie down. The vet was so comforting and thorough in how it would be done and what to expect that I was able to hold it together. I really, really appreciated all that she did to get me through this devastating time.

Since our baby had some kind of bump on her tail, we immediately took her to Balboa and they took great care of her. She needed antibiotics and other things. And her wound is almost healed. Balboa is our puppy's only vet. We really love how much they care.

Ive been taking my pets here for the last 5 years or so. Staff is awesome! Very kind and caring. Happy to have these lovely people watch over my pets. 100% would recommend!

Dr Walker is the best vet ever. She cares about and helps my cat so much. Before her, I have never had a vet take the initiative to check in on him without me calling or even having an upcoming appointment. She is very dedicated to her job, both in her actual pet care and also with her explanations of relevant information. I appreciate her so much.
