Such an incredible office! They really care about our animals. We’ve been coming here for years, and the doctors have been nothing short of amazing. Both Dr. Berlier and Dr T. Have been very knowledgeable, attentive, they listen to our concerns, explain things clearly, and always help calm our worries. We have two dogs and two cats, and we’ve even brought a foster animal here. The staff have always been supportive, kind, and understanding, especially with our anxious dogs. We also appreciate that the clinic is clean and a stand-alone location, not inside a PetSmart, since big pet stores stress our dogs out. Even after moving away, we still drive out of our way to come here because the care is absolutely worth it.

The Fair Oaks Banfield team is AHHHHMAZING. They were so accommodating in keeping me and my husband in the loop during our cat’s teeth cleaning and afterwards. From receptionist to veterinarian, this place is exceptional.

Banfield has taken care of our 3 Boston’s since they were pups. Many times we’ve taken them for non urgent emergency, but were always there when it was! From the front desk, to the assistants, to the Doctors! 10 stars and 10 thumbs up! Thank you all for caring for our doggies every time they’ve needed you 🙏🏼
