Our rambunctious boy had TPLO surgery 6 weeks ago and at the beginning it was scary to think of surgery. However the team at IronHorse was great. They walked us through the procedure and what to expect on consult day. The actual day of the surgery they told us expectations again, the Dr. called as soon as he was done and gave us an update, then the surgery coordinator called and went step by step with me with a detailed email of what to do and expect. I of course had questions and would email her quite often. She replied right away and was able to answer all my questions and give recommendations. We are half way there and have had a great experience. The staff defiantly made this time much easier for us.

I brought in my extreamly anxious, 3 year old cat for an abdominal ultrasound. I was happy to learn that IronHorse has a quiet area to house anxious pets while they wait to be seen. They also play relaxing music for them and have pheromones to calm them down. The doctor called me directly to give me the results of the ultrasound and I even got a followup call on a Sunday. I was very happy with their services and professionalism.
