People like to dunk on Banfield all the time, but I've had nothing but good experiences so far. Pricing is fair, and while it's not inexpensive, it's standard for petcare. All the staff are very friendly and give you reminders the day prior to your appointment.

I was so thankful of this staff and facility that I shed a tear or 2 driving home with my dog who had just been spayed. As a new dog owner I didn't know how nervous I'd be taking her in but Lexi (who's normally working in the back) is so wonderful, volunteered to work up front to let a co-worker have the day off and I would've never know till she told me. Every individual on their team that I spoke and interacted with were amazing and there was no confusion about what I was paying for and they were very accommodating throughout the whole process. Loved this place. Highly recommend!! #give lexiaraise

Nice set of VA's and RVT at this location. They went above and beyond for me and my late companion Ms.Juicy. I appreciate 🙏 Dr. Peace and Carmen for providing a safe space for me and my family to process our decision for Juicy. They even allowed me and my wife to pay what we could at the time and gave me a week to get the money I needed to cremate Ms. Juicy (PRIVATELY). Thank you all for your kindness and support. I still luv Banfield even though I'm know longer working for the company, I can truly say they are one of the best Animal Hospitals. Xoxo
