How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Mill Creek Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We've never had a pet before so our cat is pretty much our little diamond. The world revolves around her so I'm going to be very particular about where I take her for vet services. Mill Creek was recommended by an acquaintance of our family so we went with it. I've been there a couple of times now and Lisa (our Vet) is excellent. No complaints here.

I really like the vets here, who are caring and knowledgeable. However, the receptionist (brunette with tattoos) is so rude and hostile—her unprofessionalism is only exceeded by her disdain for the people and pets who come to the clinic. She is especially rude to women, who she will not greet or help, while being nice to the men who immediately get assistance. I’m going to leave this clinic and find a new vet bc dealing with her is always a very negative and very long interaction. I don’t trust a clinic with someone at the front who has no professional or people skills; she creates so much tension and is so rude, when I left my appointment at the same time as another client he said “we made it out alive.” Barely.

We have moved away and will deeply miss this vet clinic. Every single vet we've seen has been amazing with our dogs. Especially Dr. Burant with our pup (Toby). I was consistently coming in 1x a month with Toby during the winter months because he needed extra care. Dr. Burant went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with him. He is a happy boy now! We are so thankful to all the staff there. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. They care sooo much and it shows.

A great experience taking my little dog to Mill Creek Animal Hospital yesterday! Friendly staff and a clean exam room. My pup really took to the vet who was really gentle with her. Very knowledgeable and helpful doctor. Highly recommended

I just had the pleasure of introducing our third Black Labrador puppy Rikar to the Milk Creek Animal Hospital team. We’ve been clients since 2005 when we got our first Labrador Jax and again in 2006 when our second boy Gauge arrived. The entire team has always been incredible through to the end of the lives of our first two boys. Thank you Jill is sticking around to meet Rikar! Dr. Burant was exceptional (as usual). I highly recommend this clinic. You and your pets will feel like family. 🐾🐾💙
