Dr. Shah and the staff provided excellent customer service! I had to bring my cat in unexpectedly, and they accommodated us at the last minute, almost at 9 PM. I appreciate that the clinic is open late. Dr. Shah was thorough in explaining my cat's blood and urine test results and consistently followed up on my cat's condition after our appointment, showing genuine care for his patients. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Shah saw my senior Persian cat on short notice when my regular vet had a three week wait. The practice location and setup is simple, but clean and efficient. Dr Shah was knowledgeable and generous with his time. He explained everything to me, and was very professional. He took great care and concern with my delicate cat, and were very grateful, even if she doesn’t look like it. Thank you Dr Shah and team.

We visited this clinic first in an emergency situation and Dr Shah was quick to assess and send us to the emerg vet who was better equipped to help in that (awful) situation. We just finished a course of treatment for another concern and Dr Shah was again really knowledgeable, sensitive and helpful as we navigated our cat's health. The clinic is clean, the staff caring, and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks so much for caring for our furry family!

Love this veterinary clinic! Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. He is also very good at communicating things clearly and following up as needed. I especially appreciate his consideration and respect for the fact that most families don't have unlimited funds at their disposal and need the best care possible at a cost that they can afford. While we recently lost our beloved cat to a neurological condition, we will absolutely be returning to this clinic once we are ready to welcome a new family member.

My cat did have a weird lump close to her hip. She didn’t drink.eat and move at all. The doctor didn’t check her properly just did couple touches.and made his assumings about arthritis. From the doctor I felt too much pressure about tests and all of the treatments.cause he did insist about making X-rays.blood tests and other and their clinic. Cause “it’s cheaper that anywhere else “ Ended up it In the next day I did book and appointment to West animal hospital and they did procedure of removing abscess I WILL NIT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!!!THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR PET
