I've spent thousands of dollars here on my dog(s) and this clinic has been worth every single penny. The vets are phenomenal and helped diagnose a very peculiar bladder issue on my senior dog last year. Yesterday I brought him in for a tumor removal and they did a fantastic job with him. The front staff are incredible - they are so compassionate, patient and kind. Love all of you so much. Thank you for taking care of my old boy. I couldn't ask for a better vet clinic. We drove almost 20hrs from the Yukon to come here for my old boy.

Had a great experience with the vet and staff at the westend animal hospital. They always take care of my dog Jessie. And that she is comfortable while she's there. They also have affordable prices. I would recommend them if your looking for a caring team to take care of your family members.

She needed TPLO surgery on both legs, and the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. The veterinarians were thorough in explaining the entire procedure, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. They took the time to ease my concerns and kept me updated every step of the way, which really showed their dedication to both Bella and her recovery. Post-surgery, the staff provided us with a detailed rehabilitation plan, and they were always available for follow-up questions. Bella’s progress has been remarkable, and her mobility and energy levels are better than ever! Thank you, West Edmonton Animal Hospital, for giving Bella the care she needed to get back to her happy self. Highly recommended for anyone looking for compassionate and skilled veterinary care!

Edmonton West is the only place I'll ever take my dogs. Their pricing transparency is so refreshing and the quality of care is superior. I had to schedule a TPLO from another province and they accepted the refferal and booked an appointment for me with no issues. They were understanding with my additional requests post surgery and answered all my questions. After two TPLOs, an eye surgery, dental surgery, and monthly maintainence my dog is in better health now than the day the vets first saw her. Thank you. I swear by this vet and recommend them to everyone I know.

**Review:** We recently brought our new puppy, Patcha, to this vet clinic, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They treated Patcha with such care and affection that he was completely relaxed, even during his immunizations! We’ve had appointments with two different vets, and both were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that Patcha was comfortable throughout the process. What we especially appreciate are their evening hours, which make it so convenient to schedule visits without disrupting our workday. We initially chose this clinic because of their numerous awards, and after our experience, it’s easy to see why they’ve earned such high praise.
