I have been going to Unionville South Pet Hospital for 8 years, Dr Eve Cheung and the team has been absolutely professional since taking over the practice and they are experts in their field and has provided excellent health care and recommendations for my cat Loki. Recently I introduced my girlfriend's dog Kaiser to the team since he has been suffering from allergies, rashes and scabs for majority of the year (prior vet, we didn't see results). Dr Eve and the team really helped us out over the past few months and through her recommendations we've finally seen a great level of improvment in Kaisers health at last! He finally smell like a dog and not infection LOL Thank you Dr Eve and the Unionville South Pet Hospital team for always being so personable to us and our pets

I feel blessed to have known Dr. Eve Cheung and her staff through referral by a friend . The staff at Unionville South Pet Hospital are truly caring and professional. They have been given great care and attention to my 16 year old cat Fatso for the past few months and she has been feeling better and better under Dr. Eve and her staff supervision day after day . I strongly recommend this place to all pet owners as you & your pet will be treated with loving care from the very beginning . On top of everything , they also have a great follow up system after your visits to make sure that your pet is well taken care of … which is almost non existence in other veterinaries that I have used in the past . My boyfriend’s cat had been a patient of this clinic for a few years, and after a couple months of progressive skin/allergy issues, I brought my dog here for a second opinion. After our first visit, I made the decision to switch the health and care of my dog over to the hands of the wonderful staff of Unionville South Pet Hospital. Dr. Eve and her staff are knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and personable. Highly recommend!

I recently got my first dog - a 10 month old puppy. My family has been taking our dogs to Unionville for years and it was a no-brainer for me when it was my turn to choose my own vet for my baby. Dr. Eve is wonderful at what she does. She is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I trust her with my dog's life and I would recommend her 100%. I have never done this before, so when I heard the price at the end of the appointment, I was expecting somewhere around $150. I was a bit shocked at the final price - again, it was my first time and I did not know what to expect. I think maybe if there was clear communication beforehand of what services we were going receive before they were done, it would have given me a bit more peace of mind throughout and less anxiety at the end when it is that sort of, "just lay it on me" kind of vibe about the financial portion. When I go to the dentist, they tell me everything they are going to do and how much it costs upfront before they touch my mouth. This is good practice and makes me feel confident and relaxed for the rest of the procedure. I absolutely recommend this clinic, I think having a more set system for communication before the appointment would possibly ease some of the anxiety when payment time comes.
