Do not use
Trupanion was recommended by our vet.We trusted Trupanion to come thru when we needed them most.Our poor dog hurt her leg and because her other had previously had the TPLO done they would mot cover her other injured leg....How disappointing. Canceling the insurance..I would not recommend Trupanion to anyone!!A waste of a high monthly premium for insurance that would not pay out.

Out of all the pet insurance companies I looked into this one was the best price for what is offers. I like that there is not much of a waiting period. The customer service rep I spoke to, Amanda Mello, is super nice and very helpful and caring too. She made the process really easy for me. I like your enrolment process.

Great Coverage and Easy Claims Process When My Dog Needed Care
I recently had to take my dog Murphy to the vet for a pretty rough visit. He was sick, needed an x-ray, several tests, and treatment for a double ear infection. The bill ended up being much higher than expected, but I was so relieved that our pet insurance came through. I submitted the claim and was pleasantly surprised that they covered about 60% of the total cost. The process was straightforward, the claim was processed quickly, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m really happy with the coverage and grateful for the support when we needed it most.
