Exceeds expectations!

I've always said, it's better to have and not need than to need and not have, when it comes to insurance. Unfortunately, I needed it for my Labrador. Pets best came through without any hassle and in a super timely manner. Thank you for making the decision to care for my 'baby' an easy one.

Healthy Paws is BEST EVER Pet insurance

I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since I adopted my two Basset Hounds about a year and a half ago. Have been so pleased with them. My claims have been paid promptly and their staff is very caring and always follow up with an email asking about how my pets are after they have had a stay at the vet.My Basset Hound Douglas came down with pancreatitis a week before Christmas and had a vet stay of 8 days before he was able to come home. My vet bill for Douglas was over $1l00.00 I have the 90% coverage after deductible. My vet filed the claim for me and I had my payment within a week. So I am extremely happy with Healthy Paws coverage. So I say I am really impressed with Healthy Paws coverage and payouts. I researched several pet insurance providers and noted that Healthy Paws was rated #1 overall so I signed up my Bassets for coverage and have never been disappointed with them.

Excellent tlyCare

Our Corgi broke her tooth chewing on either her antler chew or on a Nylabone. I discovered she was in pain when I tried to brush her teethone night. Her veterinarian needed to remove the broken tooth and the surgery went well.Our claim was rejected at first because of how the medical record from our veterinarian was written. The claims office at Healthy Paws informed me of this so I was able to obtain a letter from our veterinarian giving precise details of our dog's injury and surgery. I then sent this letter to Healthy Paws. Healthy Paws approved our claim the next day. Healthy Paws has always been so caring with our dog when we needed them, everyone at Healthy Paws handles each problem and question I have with such courtesy and they pay our claims so promptly - usually within a week. I recommend our friends and our veterinarian to Healthy Paws because this company is a wonderful company. I am so glad that I found them.

THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Healthy Paws insurance is a great company. I normally never write reviews but since I am so satisfied, I decided to express my opinion. We purchased pet insurance for our dog after talking to some friends. Lucky for us we did. Our dog was outside playing with the neighbor dog one weekend. She came in limping on her leg. It ended up being a ACL tear. Health Paws covered the TTA surgery at our deductible. The claims were quick and we received the check in a week. I am so grateful for Healthy Paws Insurance. I would highly recommend this company. If I could give them a higher score than 10 I would. Again, thanks for helping our dog!!!

Wonderful dependable service.

All paperwork was handled with great ease. My Vet just faxes Embrace with all that is needed. My little guy, Louie was regurgitating his food and I had no hesitation in taking him to my Vet. I knew that I need not worry about Embrace taking care of this claim.. They have done so in very quick order! I highly recommend Embrace for all pet owners.

Simply AMAZING. Paid for seizure treatments!!

PetsBest has been AMAZING!! The continue to exceed my expectations. I have four dogs and PetsBest insures them all. I hear horror stories about from some of my friends that use different companies. PetsBest continues to exceed my expectations--I don't know what I'd do without them paying for my baby's recent seizures. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else :-)

I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best!

My best friend, Dulcey, needs knee surgery and I wanted to be sure she was covered and also wanted to see about getting the vet paid directly to help me manage the payment. I am always so impressed that Pets Best is not only great about honoring their policies, but show real caring about our pets! Now I can get on with helping Dulcey get the care she needs and get back to playing! I had the same wonderful experience when my last dog, Ralph, needed treatment for his cancer. SO grateful for Pets Best's financial and personal support when my pets are in need. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Healthy Paws was there when I needed them.

I have a two year old Corgi who didn't finish her dinner on June 7, 2014 and then wouldn't eat her breakfast the next morning June 8, 2014. I told my husband that we needed to take her to our emergency hospital because it was Sunday and our personal veterinarian was closed. We were very anxious about what could be wrong with our dog. Sabrina was weighed and her temperature was taken and it showed she had a fever. Upon examination the veterinarian noticed she also showed pain when touched in a couple of places on her back. That meant we were dealing with two issues rather than just one. More tests were done. The blood tests showed she had an infection and an X-ray was done to try and find out the cause of pain in her back. Then the veterinarian had to figure out what kind of infection she had. We were able to get Sabrina to drink some water so then she had a bladder full enough to take a urine sample. The test came back positive for a bladder infection. However, the back issue would require more tests and our veterinarian chose to apply a more conservative approach for the back issue with kennel rest and steroids for three weeks. While waiting at the emergency hospital that Sunday morning I was so relieved and comforted knowing that my husband and I chose to get insurance for Sabrina when we first brought her home December 19, 2013. The veterinarian was able to do the necessary tests to find out why she wasn't eating and why she was having back pain. We were able to rule out t

Quick and Easy Wellness Claim Fulfillment!

We have a four month old Bernese Mountain Dog who has been to the vet several times for his regular vaccinations, plus a small giardia issue. Submitting reimbursement claims under the wellness coverage could not have been easier. I faxed the wellness claim form and invoices together on 6/12/14, and as of 6/17/14 all of my claims have been processed without issue. So quick & easy!

Could not be more pleased with Embrace

I have had Embrace since my BMD was a puppy and have always been pleased with the service. My now four year old is susceptible to mast cell tumors so has to have medical attention whenever an odd bump arises that changes over time. Embrace has never questioned charges for bumps that turn out to be benign and always processes all claims promptly. I have to mention that the claims processors are all the nicest people and that I have even personally heard from the CEO, Laura Bennett. Embrace is an awesome company.
