Very easy process
Very easy process to upload health documents and receive benefit reimbursement directly into my checking account. Processing my request took less than one week. I highly recommend Fetch pet insurance!

Good in the beginning
I was with sonnet for a couple years, had two vehicles insured and renters insurance through them with no issues. Then random months I would get emails from them saying that my payment couldn’t pre processed and I would have to re enter my information and then wait two weeks. This happened multiple times with both policies. Then when I canceled my policies I had emails saying they would withdraw my payment on X date and to make sure the money is in the account. The day arrived and they had not taken their money out of the account and were sending emails saying if I didn’t pay my outstanding balance they would send it to collections. 1/5 for service. Would not recommend

I was charged twice for pet insurance once on date due and again just recently for a dog who is my service animal for a mix of mental health issues please reach out to me so we can fix this or lawsuit will be filed

Pet insurance
Pets best is the best pet insurance. I have been using them for over 5 years now. They cover almost everything and my monthly payment is very reasonable
Never A Problem
"Pets Best is the Best! Never any issues or problems. Claims are recieved asap and payment is sent within a reasonable amount of time. Coverage is really good. They took really good care of us when my Bellamia went for radiation. Have been using them for years."

I can’t recommend
After being insured for over five years, the time came to file a claim for a major event that resulted in ER care. Provided all records from our standard vet and the ER Clinic. Deny. Deny. Deny! Make sure you go through the appeals process and then file a complaint with your State’s Department of Insurance. Pet insurance isn’t as cut and dry as human insurance; diagnosis coding guidelines, etc. In some instances, vets have been contacted my pet insurance plans and requested to alter their notes- of course to get the company out from paying claims.
