Beth was pleasant. There was a problem with the email receipt of Vet bills. Trupanion claimed i did not send a full page. The only thing missing was my personal cc info and sales tax info which Trupanion doesn't pay. Any other information on the invoices were not pertinent to processing these claims. Yet the invoices sat without processing for a week until I called. All Trupanion had to do was send me an email stating to resend information as a full page. Sounds like Trupanion doesn't trust their members. When I explained to Beth this concern she had no answer. So I sent the invoices again..
