My husky had to have surgery to have a rock removed that she ate. It was my first claim and the customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and my reimbursement was here within a week! This company has set the bar high for other companies! My pets and I will be customers for life!

We have had PetsBest for several years. They pay promptly and have a nice, easy automated system. I did disagree with one decision. They allowed me to appeal and then paid the claim. I am very happy with this company.

My Newfoundlands are five and six years old. I have had insurance through Embrace since they were puppies. I never had to use the insurance as I was very lucky to not encounter any medical issues. Wellness exam claim processed quickly and explained in good detail. Pets Best is the second pet insurer I have used and this was my first claim. I like having the wellness option. The customer service personnel are helpful and very informative.

They were very elpful and reassuring and offered to walk me through the reimbursement process. When I submitted my paperwork I did not know what to expect.
