The first month I sent in claim forms they were not processed, and the lady at that time (on the phone) after I called a month later, had asked "oh did you wanted them submitted" really no...i sent them to you for fun, considering you are an insurance company and I sent you receipts, what did you think you where supposed to do with them?!finally i managed to have one really helpful lady, who I am going to email my forms right after this.
