I did have the claim declined initially as apparently the person who went over it made an error and as well it wasn't linked to a previous claim for the same issue.
I did have the claim declined initially as apparently the person who went over it made an error and, as well, it wasn't linked to a previous claim for the same issue. However the person I spoke to about it was very nice and very helpful, my vet had to call and everything was cleared up and covered. Which was a smoother process than I thought it would be. My only disappointment is that it doesn't cover office visits at all which is usually a big chunk of the bill (in this case $200) but I certainly was happy to have the coverage when I needed it.
