So far so good, the price was at the moment the best on the market.
The offer is good and onest one.
Everything went smooth, I've done all online,very easy to setup your choices.
I hope that in the future everything will stay the same, but the time will tell if this company is trustworthy.
I asked last month to pay the remaining premium owing for the year and was told I couldn't. I can't make payments through my bank either. Then when I miss a payment, and update the method they want to take the payment 2 weeks later, which doesn't always land on a day that works for me. this is extremely inconvenient, and costly. other than that the insurance cost Itself is great and customer service is always polite and helpful.
Awesome company to do insurance with, having a ticket this was my best choice for price hands down other places wanted to charge me upwards of 400 a month and sonnet gave me a quarter of that price. Wouldn’t get insurance anywhere else. Also the support is very great to talk to for any questions at all. Very easy to navigate the website for a quote and you can have auto insurance in minutes with no hassle. Thank you sonnet!
