I was pressed for time and under the gun and found them accidently and it was so easy. The process was simple and I was signed up and ready to go in no time.
You should allow vehicles 30 years and older even though they aren't registered within your database. You could add a way to not directly buy an insurance when "other" model is selected and have an employee to verify manually and then add it to the database
