Worst claim service ever

The ability to view everything online, as well as get the quote made things so easy. No waiting for hours on a phone, or waiting for a call back. The only thing I would prefer is if military members got some form of discount, as I am a current member of the armed forces and a professional driver.

Hi this is Inderjeet sidhu My policy number is 500823010 Recently my wife is having accident for my Honda Civic car and got damage which I don’t no but we call u guys for claim department about accident happened all of sudden on 401 highway & Mississauga rd My claim number is 1694627 And they fix the adjuster his name is Mr alvora I send him what ever documents he suggested to send & now he refuses to assess my claim & asking Un necessary things on email which I don’t know Like how much loss or damage on vehicle which I don’t know I requested him that to go to repair shop & assess That is not my duty & another thing I don’t have any lien on vechile Right now I’m having three different vehicle insurance with u guys And I m totally upset & frustrated with this situation If u guys can’t able to handle I don’t have choice to take all my vehicle insurance from u guys Thanks
