Very easy to apply to, great rates, and the online access makes usability easier. I think the one thing to improve sonnet would be to create an app to make managing insurance policies easier :)
I dont really know what to say except Sonnet is by far easiest company to deal with, because you dont really have to do anything, they do it all, all online too which is fantastic, I recommend them to all my friends and family, and even the odd stranger too haha, so great job Sonnet, keep up the great work.
