Switched from my last house and auto…
Switched from my last house and auto ins. Supplier when they failed to pay a claim. I have saved a small fortune over the previous co. I have nothing but praise for the staff i have dealt with by phone(I'm old fashioned and to speak with people who know what to do) they have all been great, informative, and prompt.
It seems to take way much longer to process a claim. Going on day 3 and haven't received any feedback from adjuster, even after numerous attempts to reach out. Additionally, calling Sonnet claims department forwards me to Economical??!
I have never had such a bad claims experience- no one in the claims team was empathetic or helpful. To make things worst, the adjuster is even more horrible and there is an absolute lack of transparency in the process. The claim amount is not more than probably $4000 with $1000 as deductible but even for this small a claim - the general attitude seem to suggest - let’s trouble the customer!
Always makes me feel confident and safe regarding my automobie coverage and is available should i hVe any questions. I have check around and tbey are the best for my money..
I like the way I can access my coverage online whenever I want. I saved so much money when I switched from a large insurance company. I tell everyone to get a quote from Sonnet because they can possibly save a lot of money too.
