I am very happy with this insurance company and would and have refered this to everyone I speak to about insurance their prices are the most reasonable anywhere I have looked and I would not go anywhere else
Sonnet has been insuring me for the past half-decade and they have been a pleasure to communicate with, either on the phone or online. Service setup is easy; you just need all your relevant documents and information before you begin.
I like the service in general really quick. What I don't like is that sometimes it's difficult to change things on the internet site, the fact that it's difficult to talk to someone when a problem occurs while doing a request for insurance....In general I would just like to have more service from a person when it's required!
Paying for 30 days LOU when a bodyshop is capped at a max of 14 days (assuming the vehicle is non-drivable) feels like I am being ripped off. The CERF program is also absurd and puts unnecessary financial risk on the insured by waiting until repairs are complete to authorize.
