I am very satisfied with Sonnet's online service. It's the most simple process of acquiring insurance that I've experienced in my fifty-some years. My only disappointment was when my auto insurance increased substantially this year (2022) even though my vehicle is older, not newer.
There a time a wanted to call but I was unable to join you. I find it very difficult to get in touch with you when I need help. I have an invoice which I have to submit for reimbursement but waa unable to submit it as I could not talk to anyone to help me go through the process.
