Speaking with the agent was really good. As an elderly person it was great to have the lady explain all the different areas of the quote. She was most pleasant and helpful. Also liked that there was no pressure and room to ask questions. As far as agents this is one of the best have encountered.
I really appreciated the fast service and having all of my concerns / questions answered immediately, also the leniency given as I am a new customer to this company and they were willing to give some leniency regarding my payment as I've had issues with my bank account., very much appreciated!
