Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I chose Sonnet because of their Trust Pilot reviews/ rating. 👍🏼 I just signed up and transitioned yesterday. The few chat/ phone reps I’ve spoken to have all been amazing. 😃 Sonnet even included more for $10 less than what I was paying. They also have chat/phone support after 8pm which I’m not used to. The process has been seamless!

Excellent customer service specially when I had an accident claim. One thing not happy with is the yearly significant rate increase even though had not accident claims for past 7 years as a customer with Sonnet

The true test of any insurer is when you have to make a claim, and Sonnet proved themselves during the August 2024 Calgary hailstorm. They arranged an inspection within two weeks and used modern technology like drone scanning to capture detailed photos, measurements, and assessments of the damage. The report they generated was thorough and transparent, and they clearly walked me through the reimbursement options. What impressed me most was the speed afterward — once I accepted the settlement option, the funds were e-transferred to me on the same day. That level of efficiency and customer service is rare in the insurance industry. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Sonnet Insurance and would highly recommend them for their convenience, transparency, and exceptional claims handling.
