Cancellation experience
They cancelled my policy due to “underwriting reasons” and I did not plan to renew and just ask for letter of experience since I am gonna apply to the other car insurance company.
I paid the amount they told me and they said i need to wait for 24-48 hours for the transaction process and when I called again they said they are gonna email my insurance experience letter but still didn’t get anything.
I called but I’ve been waiting for how many hours . Nobody is picking up the phone. This company sucks.

Please DO NOT use any services from Sonnet Insurance; they will never give you a refund. They will only send an email claiming a refund has been issued, but you will not actually receive one. (No transaction ID, no details.) It's unimaginable why a company like this can operate in Canada.
