It was fast and easy

I went with sonnet because they had the lowest price. But after a few months I was removed from the shift program which I didn’t even know I was signed up for. Along with my removal of the shift program they raised my insurance by $400 a month. After being forced to re-sign up for the shift program due to pricing it only went down by $200 a month. I’m dissatisfied to say the least

One of the worse insurance agencies going we have been waiting on our claim since December we have tried multiple times of getting in touch to find out about our claim in a timely manner on our vehicle it’s just a run around with this company we had one rental vehicle for a short time then had to return it we went 2 weeks with out a vehicle then we got another one recently we are still waiting on our claim details with no response I highly recommend not using sonnet insurance at all there service sucks all out in general for getting ahold of anyone even our rental car company is having issues with them will not be dealing with sonnet insurance ever again

I had a large tree branch go through my ceiling and Sonnet was amazing from the first phone call until the job was finished. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently, checking in with me periodically to make sure everything was going how it should and that I was happy with the process. I highly recommend Sonnet! They care about the client as well as the work being done and everything was done online, making it super easy and convenient.
