Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I found sonnet 2 years ago as a new driver, and it was super easy to get insurance with them. I unfortunately was in a car accident, and sonnet was there for every step of getting back to normal. I recommend to anyone looking for insurance. The only bad thing is you can't get it in Alberta as easy as it used to be

The site was easy to use. Hopefully I will never have to claim until that day I hope it will be as smooth paying out as it was signing up? The rates are good I may well bundle with my house when it is due time will tell.

Worst company ever they canceled my insurance and trying to take advantage of me I got them a lot of customers and trying to explain the situation but there customer service is zero I also believe they reported my car never be back

Positives: easy to use website, initially competitive prices, easy to customize policies. Negatives: prices rose considerably after the first year and no longer competitive, but worse was having the claim on loss of rental income for my condo denied because the condo corporation did not fix the underlying issue promptly enough. Super frustrating to have done everything correctly on my end and be out 5 months of rent without reimbursement for something outside my control. Suffice to say all of the positives are of little use when you can't trust that claims will be paid.
