Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, rates are really low but the company is extremely difficult to work with. You can’t get any support via phone, it’s all through email and you get a run around.

What a horrible design
So everyone knows that sonnet has this short termination penalty well mine is only $390 and that isn't bad I paid worse with ama however my issue lies with the fact my policy was canceled on the 4th of April 2024 and they still took out a months payment. If this is not resolved soon then that's my early termination fee and we're done.
