Simple, convenient and worth while.
The process is simple and hassle free. The idea of the app gives me state of mind that I am being rewarded for good driving habits.
Being that I'm the type of person that enjoys the hunt of a good deal or project to rebuild to its former glory, the ability to instantly insure something for the transfer of ownership makes it a worth while advantage to the days of old.
I've yet to have to file a claim of any kind and fingers crossed I simply never have to. But I'm sure they'll be here for me as they have been thus far.
Thank you for making insurance not headache inducing Sonnet! Here's to many years of business. My intention is to move my renters insurance over on renewal as well.

Should be recognized for his customer service as he’s very patient and diligent with his customer’s, talked me through the entire process, as I get frustrated going from screen to screen
first time dealing with your company and was so impressed with his mannerisms, he definitely needs to be recognized , actually a merit raise would be totally appropriate

I was changing my payment option and only changed my home policy by accident, was trying to change both car and home insurance. I was able to get to talk with Mabel, who was amazing and was helpful. Thank you Mabel.
I just cancelled my account with Sonnet after 3 years with them. I have a perfect driving record/never made a claim. Each year they have, without reason or notice, raised my insurance premium. When I talk to costumer service they can’t even give me a reason why this happens and they also offered NO solution for me to keep me as a customer. They rolled out a new program called Sonnet Shift. Which is basically a tracking device they “could” save you money yearly. I did the math and even with Sonnet Shift I would still be overpaying around $50 a month compared to other insurance companies. Absolutely bonkers company. A quick google search about Sonnet will reveal many people had this exact same issue. Avoid at all costs unless you like unexplained and arbitrary annual price increases. :)
