Service team was alright, Sonnet has me worried though
The service team member, Mark, was patient and clearly explained the issue and escalated my ticket accordingly. However, I kind of came away from Sonnet not feeling confident at all that my rate was accurately gauged for renewal where it was sent to me with an old address on the letter and the pink slip. As convenient as something like Sonnet is for online quotes and people who like to do things themselves, it's got some room for improvement so that the customer can feel confident that their data is up to date and current and therefore be given the best rate possible. It makes me want to consider shopping around for a more seamless experience.
