They have non existent customer service…

They have non existent customer service and if you’re “lucky” to talk to someone they’re not helpful and I swear they read from a book for their answers. They take money out whenever they feel like, they’re condescending, not knowledgeable or helpful, and generally oblivious to what customer service means. They took money out of my account before and after the actual date it was supposed to thus causing problems for me. They took out two partial payments for my new policy which ended up with me having a nsf because online it said something totally different for how much the payment would be and showed one payment coming out. When I asked them about it, there was no accountability on their end and pretty much told me I was lying and that they weren’t willing to correct what they did. In conclusion, cheap insurance results in cheap results and service. Horrible decision I made and I hope no one else does the same. They need actual people that are knowledgeable and helpful. I am sorry too but they need people from Canada answering the phones if you’re lucky enough to find a way to actually talk to a real live person. There was a lack of communication because they didn’t understand what I was asking and unwilling to get help on their end to understand. This makes me sick to say this but it’s the truth.

Wouldn't insure me again??

Failed to allow me to move my insurance to my new home. When their online tool gave me an error I thought I could just speak to a rep and everything would be solved. Sonnet was great when I had a claim several years ago but now the rep even told me they wouldn't insure my new property. I wanted to remain a customer but they didn't want my money. If they insure you great but beware they will break up with you whenever they feel you are a client they no longer wish to work with... I guess... Feel dumped by an insurance company.
