My information has gone wrong , and I immediately call sonnet , they easily solve my problem with one call

After two years of having home insurance and even having them increase in the second year. Never having a claim or being late on my payments, they cancelled my insurance one month before renewal. After I sent in a request as to why, their response was that they “didn’t have the right product to support my needs”. Interesting, since they had no problem taking my money for the last two years. Would never recommend this pathetic company.

Thank you Mannie for your supreme customer service! I had an issue that arose over the weekend. Monday morning I called Sonnet and was greeted by Mannie who helped resolve the issue - in a timely manner. Mannie was efficient, kind, and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions. The website is easy to navigate. I saved $$ on my policy too. Thank you, Mannie!!
