My Car Insurance Went up
A year ago, my car insurance went up and I was looking for a new insurance company. On the advice of a couple of friends, I checked out Sonnet. Not only did Sonnet save me money on my car insurance, I ended up bundling my house insurance as well. I also love the fact that I can do everything online with Sonnet and I don't have to talk to anyone on the phone. My friend who recommended Sonnet had a fire in their garage and they told me they made one call to Sonnet and everything was taken care of. Now that is service!

Poor Accident Forgiveness Policy
The policy prices are very good. The response to an accident advisor was fairly good. But my biggest concern is that the Accident Forgiveness policy is misleading as it only applies to the first year after renewal, then the rates go up for the following 5 years! Not much of a forgiveness after 30 plus years without an accident!! And they would not let me pay "out of pocket" for the repairs ad I wanted to do.
