Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I have never had a problem with sonnet. Creating new policies and changing old ones is very simple and all done online. Very positive experience for the last 2 years.

The claim I made was seamless. The agent was kind very helpful. Made sure I was 100% satisfied and had no more question . Would highly recommend Sonnet to anyone how need insurance.

Was very unsatisfied with claims service. Wasn’t allowed to keep my vehicle and repair it myself, and was only cosmetic damage and the car was written off as a total loss. Disappointed because as a licensed mechanic I put a lot of time and money into my car, and wasn’t allowed to buy it back. The only replacement car in half decent shape, and was only a 5/10 for rust as my original was 10/10 for being rust free, as well as all the aftermarket parts and rebuilt engine that I couldn’t have back.

I am very happy with Sonnet Insurance because they have the best costume service. They answer my questions and look for best deals. They Treat me as a person not a number.
