Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Well the prices are better than most other insurance companies. The online application process is quite simple. Although I have not received any proof of insurance and have asked, still waiting.

I have been involved with Insurance company’s for many years. I am 82 so Insurance company’s I have dealt with do not come up to the standard of the Sonnet team. I have claimed from Sonnet for my home in the past and my motor vehicle and the service and speed to solve my claims have been very acceptable. I'm fed up with the constant increase in premiums. I have cost you nothing. yet you raise my premiums every year. when I first signed on as a customer I thought finally there's a company that cares. turns out your no better then the rest when it comes to rate raising.

Our insurance was with a large insurance company for many years and for many years we watched as the premiums slowly crept up & up even although we had no accidents. One day I decided to check into Sonnet and was amazed at the difference in premium with the same or better coverage. We are now using Sonnet as our insurance company and although we've had no claims, and hopefully never will, we are satisfied with their response to our questions, help with changes and definitely with the lower premium (almost half). What did we have to lose? We could always change back if we had to. We are seniors who can't afford to throw our $$ away. So far, we are more than happy we've changed companies.
