In think I’m my whole life this was the easiest claim I had to make. The staff was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with the situation. I did not feel that I was accused of anything. Thank you!

I was in state farm all my life. Sonnet is way ahead of them. Very happy with the service. In 2018 i had a little ticket i didnt stop dead at a stop sign turning right. The judge said not guilty. But the points stayed on. So its on my licence for 2 or 3 years the was early 2019. But sonnet didnt pick it up until 2021. The team said: 2019 i was paying $132 2020 team said the nissans were in a lot of accidents so we all foot the bill so went up to $145. My ticket was missed at sonnet in 2019 & 2020. So sonnet picked it up in 2021 so in september my bill will be $160. But the x3 years will be up april or may 2022 so its back to $145. Jessica or joset explained it well the other day. Very nice girl. Grand and very polite. All is well Its a pleasure to be with sonnet. Im always telling friends to join. Regards Martin

They are very attentive to details and there is no delay of repairing your car you can go to a garage and they will fix everything including your courtesy car.
