So glad we choose Pumpkin for our ins needs

Pumpkin has been great from covering our pups annual visit and vaccines to a few illnesses we ran into. Plus we have an upcoming surgery. Very helpful when I had questions. We have another pup on the way and will he adding her with her brothers.

Our Experience, Results With Pumpkin.

Recently purchased insurance for our two kitties. Filed a first claim for a annual Exam/Consultation & yearly shots. Within the week it was approved. Have called a few times for info. and they answered every question I had. Very satisfied. Thanks Pumpkin!

Healthy Happy Puppy

I have a new puppy and she went to our vet for her first checkup. I was thrilled that so much of her exam was reimbursed by Pumpkin!! What a great service that promotes keeping our pets up to date on vaccines and healthy!

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
