Disappointed
I researched pet insurances prior to getting our puppy & decided to go with Pumpkin. Even though they were more expensive than others they covered a little more & the reimbursements they said were quick.
The first two puppy wellness fees (even though they only cover one) we were reimbursed within 2-3 days from the time I submitted the claims. I submitted the third puppy wellness visit with vaccines on June 22, 2022. It has been over 4 weeks & we have still not been reimbursed. When I spoke with customer service I was told 1, regular visits do not get reimbursed as quick as the wellness claims, & 2 they are doing internal & external updates. Not sure which one it is, but we are extremely disappointed & frustrated with this issue.
I’m so sorry I have recommended this insurance to other people.
