Ive never had insurance on my cats…

I've never had insurance on my cats over the years. I spent a lot of money on them. When I got my new kitten my vet told me about your insurance company. I've been very pleased. Thank you

Great customer service

I have an older cat and they gave me serious tips, encouragement, and and they were very understanding in my views. I had already done extensive research on the topic, and the gentleman that I spoke to not only nailed all the upsides of having Pumpkin (or any pet insurance really), but answered all the questions that I already knew the answer to from my own research. Their prices are decent. The wellness and prevention package is kinda lousy, no lie, but meh, I still got it.

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
