Highly Reccomend Pumpkin!

We’ve been with Pumpkin Insurance for over 2 years now and I’m so glad we we got it. Unlike other plans out there, these plans are affordable and even cover illness and injury. My dog had to have surgery a few months ago to remove a tumor and Pumpkin covered 90% of the surgery! I highly recommend them!

Pumpkin is amazing!

Pumpkin is great and helps me give my fur baby all the medical attention he needs to stay healthy so we can have many, many years together!! As soon as I found out my Bodhi has hip dysplasia, Pumpkin was ready and willing to assist!

Monthly Cost

Plans start as low as $30 per month. Prices vary based on plan type, pet breed, age, and location.

Coverage

Every pet is covered by a 90% reimbursement rate to make it easier to say “yes” to the best possible care.

Payout Limits

Annual limits of $10,000, $20,000 or unlimited for dogs and $7,000, $15,000 or unlimited for cats.

Deductible

3 options: $100, $250, $500 and $1000

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

Insurance coverage begins 14 days after your policy begins for all conditions, including knee/ligament issues where some other policies make you wait 6 months for coverage. No waiting periods for preventive care (in fact, depending on when you received the care, you may be eligible for a retroactive refund).

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. However, unlike some other pet insurances, Pumpkin’s plan covers some curable pre-existing conditions if symptom-free for 180 days, with the exception of knee and ligament conditions. For full terms, visit pumpkin.care/insurancepolicy.
