What a great experience
I ve been a pumpkin customer for about 2 years I think. It was tough to justify the premiums because money has alsways been tight. I just had my first reimbursement during a very stressful time and it was such a blessing! I want to thank the person who reviewed my claim and y’all for helping me get through a very tight financial season without having to watch my baby be in pain and choose between that and like going broke! Pumpkin made it super easy to file a claim the instructions were clear and the interface so mostly very intuitive. It didn’t take me a minute to figure out how to find my policy. I wish that was one of the header options right away on the side bar like “my documents” or “my policy” or something but then I eventually found it under my pets.
